Advisory-polyclinic Department

In accordance with the profile of the RSC traumatology and orthopedics in the consultative and polyclinic Department is receiving patients with diseases and injuries of the musculoskeletal system.

Currently, the consultative and polyclinic Department of the RSPC traumatology and orthopedics is carried out in four specialties:

  • reception of orthopedic children and adolescents;
  • reception of orthopedist-traumatologist for adults;
  • neurovestibular;
  • reception of children's vertebrologist.

Admission of patients is daily, except Saturday and Sunday.

Patients with the consequences of spinal injuries, deformities of all parts of the spine, including neurological disorders, tumors and destructive lesions of all parts of the spine, stenoses and hernias of the discs of the cervical and thoracic spine, spondylolisthesis, instability of the segments of the lumbar spine are sent for consultation to the neurotraumatologist.

List of injuries and diseases of the musculoskeletal system in adult patients:

  • Injuries and consequences of injuries of bones and joints of the upper and lower extremities (injuries; damage to the ligaments and muscles; sprains including chronic; intra-articular injuries; fractures including slowly growing together, dropped out, false joints, bone defects);
  • Injuries and consequences of spinal injuries (fractures; dislocations; subluxations; post-traumatic vertebral deformities);
  • Injuries and consequences of injuries of the pelvis;
  • Degenerative-dystrophic (arthrosis of the joints of the upper and lower limbs; coxarthrosis, gonarthrosis, etc.) and inflammatory (synovitis, arthritis) diseases of the joints of the limbs;
  • Degenerative-dystrophic (osteochondrosis, spondylosis, spondylarthrosis) and inflammatory (spondylitis, spondyloarthritis) diseases of the spine;
  • Spinal deformities (scoliosis, kyphosis);
  • Diseases and deformities of the hand (including the consequences of injuries of tendons and nerves);
  • Diseases and deformities of the foot (flat feet);
  • Post-traumatic neurodystrophic syndromes of the extremities (sudaca syndrome, neuropathic pain, complex regional pain syndrome-CRPS);
  • Various pain syndromes including orthopedic and neurological (myofascial, reflex syndromes, pain syndromes of a different Genesis in osteochondrosis of the spine, deforming arthrosis);
  • Osteoporosis (metabolic osteopathy);
  • Purulent diseases of bones and joints of limbs, spine and pelvis (osteomyelitis, arthritis).

On the specialized reception for children and adolescents with orthopaedic deformity of the spine is carried out: the counselling, testing and the establishment of accurate orthopaedic diagnosis; clinical observation of progressive forms of orthopedic pathology of the spine; corset corrective treatment; expert assistance; coordination and monitoring of medical technologies of diagnostics, treatment and rehabilitation.

  • Electroneuromyography (the study of the neuromuscular apparatus);
  • Computer tomography (CT);
  • Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).

List of injuries and diseases of the musculoskeletal system in children:

  • Injuries and consequences of injuries of bones and joints of the upper and lower extremities, spine, pelvis;
  • Hereditary systemic diseases of the skeleton (dysplasia);
  • Congenital deformities of the limbs, neck, chest;
  • Pathology of the spine (developmental abnormalities, scoliosis, kyphosis, posture defects);
  • Congenital hip dislocation;
  • Congenital clubfoot;
  • Arthrogryposis;
  • Osteopathy: (osteochondropathy, rickets and rickets-like diseases);
  • Purulent diseases and their consequences of bones and joints of the limbs, spine and pelvis (osteomyelitis, arthritis);
  • Oncological diseases (benign tumors) of bones and joints of limbs, spine and pelvis.

Early diagnosis and determination of tactics of treatment of diseases and injuries of the musculoskeletal system in children and adolescents is carried out in the pediatric orthopedic and traumatological clinic.

Conservative treatment of young children with orthopedic pathology by functional methods (congenital hip dislocation, congenital deformities of the feet, arthrogryposis, etc.).

The applied methods of conservative treatment of congenital hip dislocation in children of the first year of life allow in 90% of cases to achieve reduction and create conditions for further normal development of joints without residual effects (subluxation, contracture, aseptic necrosis) and avoid surgery. In pediatric, orthopedic and trauma clinic complied with the essential principles of orthopedics is a sequence and succession of carrying out of medical activities: diagnosis, conservative treatment, indications for continued treatment in hospital (surgery), observation of the patient before the end of growth,

Relevant documents:

  • The direction of the polyclinic at the place of residence, certified by the signature of the head and the seal;
  • Passport;
  • Original and copy of medical insurance policy;
  • Radiographs-better not more than 2 months. prescription (depending on pathology); data of other examinations (if any);
